Shipping Time- We ship orders via reliable courier services, with an estimated shipping time of 7-14 business days. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen courier delays. 

Returns and Exchanges- Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However if your product arrives damaged, Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vindypurnima4@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we gladly assist in resolving the issue.
